Out of the Box Appliance

JANE and LARS are designed for the largest amounts of data. If you want to ensure that software and hardware are always coordinated optimally, NextStride provides the products as a finished hardware appliance. We guarantee an optimal price-performance ratio and comprehensive scalability for the beginning and future expansion of the solution.

Managed Service

What is true for our solutions also applies to our services. We take on one hundert percent responsibility. In the context of our Managed Services, this means 24/7 operation of our solutions including monitoring with back-up data center – either in our own data center with XX petabytes of storage or in the customer’s data center. The task distribution between us and our customers is individually based on the requirements, the IT strategy or the existing skills.

Integration Management

A system is only as good as the user can use it. In order for JANE or LARS to be used optimally, we help our customers implement the solution or replace exisiting legacy systems. With more than two decades of experience in IT Service Management, we know most of the exisiting solutions by migrating exisiting systems to JANE. There are established migration paths for many tools.

However, NextStride not only helps with the technical introduction to the systems, but we also support you in optimizing your accounting and reporting processes with the new possibilities. For a future-oriented solution, an adequate introduction strategy is just as important as a flexible tool that supports it.

Customized individual development

With our customers we go one step further and develop individual and company-specific adaptations and extensions based on our solutions. In doing so, we act as an integrated part of the team, pass on our knowledge and guarantee that the adaptations meet the needs and function seamlessly. In order to ensure that the benefit for our customers is higher than the investment, we rely on proven technologies for our individual implementations as well.
